Great Question! This is what my lip primer wand was made for :) just dab on and around your mouth and blend into the lines/wrinkles to fill them in. Then, line your lips with a lip liner, which are more waxy and stable to set a lipstick color, then add the lipstick of your choice. A good lip primer and lip pencil make any lipstick stick like glue :)
